1. Limit of three identical coupons per transaction
2. double coupons up to (and including) $1.00

Sign up here to receive the Kroger newsletter. Also make sure you have a Kroger card to take advantage of the sales and the Fuel rewards program. And make sure that they have a current address for you. They periodically send out both Kroger store coupons and manufacturers coupons based on items that you purchase.
VG's
VG's coupon policy
Click the above link to access the VG's store coupon policy. It's a good idea to print a copy to keep in your coupon book. Also remember that VG's doubles coupons up to (and including) $1.00 coupons.

Make sure you sign up in the store for a Yes rewards card. Then click on the link above and register your card. Make sure you sign up for email newsletters since there are specials for email customers only each week.
Walgreen's

Remember that you can stack a Walgreen's coupon with a manufacturers coupon. However there is one difference at Walgreen's. You have to have the same # of items as you have # of coupons. So if you are buying 3 items and you have 3 manufacturers coupons and 2 Walgreen's coupons then you will need two filler items. Filler items are anything cheap that you can purchase to satisfy this requirement.
There is no type of shopper card needed at Walgreen's. They also have what is called Register Rewards (RR) that print out when you purchase certain items. A RR prints from the Catalina machine and is $xx off your next purchase. Just remember that if you use a RR to pay for the same thing you will not get a second RR. Example.... Last week there was a RR deal for $3.00 with the purchase of two packs of Cottonelle tissue. So if I wanted to purchase four packs of Cottonelle then I would need to do it in multiple transactions. This is called rolling your RR.
Transaction #1 - Purchase two packs Cottonelle tissue, receive a Cottonelle $3 RR.
Transaction #2- Purchase two Colgate toothpaste, use RR from Transaction#1, receive Colgate $4 RR
TRansaction #3- Purchase two packs Cottonelle tissue, use RR from Transaction#2, receive a Cottonelle $3 RR.
Now save that RR for your next shopping trip.

Meijer

- Click the "Recipes" tab and search by either meal type or collection. Enter your zip code to take advantage of weekly discounts on ingredients and combine with Mealbox coupons. Items on sale at Meijer will have a red "S" next to them; items with a MealBox coupon will have a red "C."
- Drag the recipe picture into the calendar to create a weekly meal planner. You can enter as many meals as you want.
- Print your shopping list with the "Shopping List" tab. Don't forget your coupons
